1st Half - Feast of Salad
Spinach salad with Ash goat cheese, caramelized apple, pistachio, mandarin and red fruits, bathed in balsamic reduction and fresh rosemary. Accompanied by mandarin vinaigrette served on a crispy sesame basket.
2nd Half - Masterful Cream
Bamboo and corn cream with crispy serrano ham, white truffle oil, and pumpkin seeds.
3rd Time - Imperial steak
Beef fillet in demi-glace sauce with mushrooms and breaded shrimp with a pork rind crust, served on a bed of spinach risotto and sautéed baby vegetables with fine herbs.
4th Time - Fortune
